Abstract
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is commonest demyelinating disease among young adults. It demonstrates neurological dysfunctions in females more than males. Gonadal hormones have essential roles in maturation and differentiation of neurons and glial cells in both genders. The role of some gonadal female hormones such as progesterone has been well characterized on demyelination and remyelination in animal models. The role of androgens on neural system development and myelin maturation were identified. We previously observed that castration decreases the brain resistance against demyelinating insults and also reduces the subsequent repair. As the optic nerves and chiasm demyelination shows the hallmark characteristic in MS, inducing demyelination in optic apparatus, we have tried to find whether the effects of elimination of male gonadal hormones using gonadectomy could show the same, more or less changes in patterns of demyelination and repair comparing demyelinated females? Thus, to evaluate these alternations castrated male and female rats were compared by using visual evoked potentials and histological assessments on 2,7,14, and 28 days post lysolecithine (LPC) injection. Interestingly, we observed demyelination was started 2 day post lesion (dpl), reached to a maximum level at 7 and 14 dpl and then it partially but significantly reversed on 28 dpl. Demyelination and subsequent repair processes in both gonadectomized and female groups were shown almost the same patterns temporarily and in quality.
Elimination of gonadal androgens could cause the male animals to undergone the same shape of de/remyelination compared female ones. In conclusion, differences between male and female demyelination and remyelination are substantially depending on male gonadal androgens. This work could be useful for understanding of the effects of sex hormones on demyelinating diseases and could offer fundamental information for repairing therapies in Multiple Sclerosis.

Abstract
Background: Students are the most dynamic people in the society and their health is to a great extent a prerequisite for the health of most individuals in the society. Musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) are one of the most important factors that effect on general health. This study was conducted to The Relationship Between General Health and MSD among Tarbiat Modarres University Students.
Methods and Materials: This descriptive-analytic study was conducted on 306 college students were enrolled by using nonprobability purposive sampling methods and also availability. Data was obtained based on the demographic data questionnaire, musculoskeletal researcher-made questionnaire and the standard General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12). After collecting the required data, SPSS software version 23 was used for descriptive and statistical analysis (Spearman/Pearson chi-square, phi Cramer’s V).
Results: The results showed that 60.6% and 72% of male and female students had desirable general health. Also, the findings showed that general health decreases with age growth (P = 0.015). Among the musculoskeletal disorders, only low back pain and neck pain were associated with general health, as students who suffered from low back pain and neck had an unhealthy public health (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: The results of this study showed a high prevalence of general health disorders and musculoskeletal disorders among students. Musculoskeletal disorders have a profound effect on the general health of students, thus jeopardizing their general health. Therefore, consideration should be given to the factors causing these disorders and the appropriate planning to overcome it.

Abstract
is one of the most common improved oil recovery method in the world. High residual oil saturation at the end of this method is due to low macroscopic sweep efficiency and viscous fingering. It can be improved by the mobility control during polymer solution injection. In this study, by of silica/ the effect of it on IFT, viscosity, and was investigated. In addition, the performance of in high salinity water was studied by using nano particles. The zeta potential results show that the stability of polymer solution was enhanced in of nano particles in high salinity water condition. Also, the lowest IFT was obtained for contained 1 percent nano silica (18.34 ), and the most tendency to water wet conditions was provided for this concentration. In addition to, 1 percent nano silica/ has the best performance on formation water viscosity and improved the mobility ratio to 1.07, which it can increase the oil recovery.

Abstract
Ninety one monoconidial Bipolaris isolates were obtained from lesions on different parts of rice in different locations of Mazandaran province during the summer of 2009. Bipolaris species were identified using morphological features such as color and shape of colony and color and size of conidia and conidiophores. The isolates were separated into two species; 85 (93.4%) isolates belonged to Bipolaris oryzae and the remaining 6 (6.6%) isolates to Bipolaris cynodontis. Therefore B. oryzae is regarded as the major cause of rice brown spot disease in Mazandaran province. In order to analyze genetic diversity among B. oryzae isolates, 71 isolates were subjected to fingerprinting analysis by rep-PCR using BOX and REP primers. In cluster analysis, 15 clonal lineages and 54 haplotypes were identified. The largest clonal lineage contained with 36 haplotypes was the most common lineage. These results also indicate a relatively high level of genetic diversity among B. oryzae isolates. Also, pathogenicity test of a few B. oryzae isolates (12 isolates) was conducted under greenhouse condition and showed that those isolates were pathogenic to rice seedlings of cv. Tarom. All isolates produced some leaf spots 24 h after inoculation.

Abstract
Background: Seed energy and seed vigour are the most important qualitative attributes influencing plant’s growth and establishment that can be improved by techniques generally known as seed priming, which enhances the percentage, speed and uniformity of germination. Effect of various priming techniques was conducted on seed germination and seedling’s early growth of elder pine (Pinus eldarica Medw.) in Seed Technology Lab of Natural Resources Faculty, Tarbiat Modares University, Iran.
Materials and Methods: Seeds were treated through hydropriming with distilled water, halopriming with NaCl at -4 and -8 bar concentrations, osmopriming with polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG 6000) at -4 and -8 bar concentrations and hormonopriming with salicylic acid (SA) at 1 and 2 mM solutions for 48 h. Un-primed dry seeds were taken as control. The seeds were kept in germinator at 20 ± 0.5 °C, 65% relative humidity and 16.8 h light/dark photoperiod for 42 days.
Results: The highest germination percentage (92%) and germination speed (5.13 seeds/day) were obtained with hydropriming. The best results to improve germination energy, time to 50% germination, seedling length, seedling dry weight and seedling vigour index were achieved with hydropriming and hormonalpriming 1 and 2 mM. Osmopriming and halopriming -8 bar compared to control in most mentioned traits showed poor performance.
Conclusions: Hydropriming and hormonalpriming can be suitable techniques to support nursery practices of elder pine seed in order to improve germination percentage, emergence and early seedling growth.

Abstract
This article is an attempted to redesign of communal and private spaces in public apartments to enhancing social health with the case study of Baharestan 2 complex of Sanandaj city. The Baharestan complex is a public apartment which is built by governmental organizations. The complex is placed on southern part of the city and in a half-old and half-modern context. This residential complex construction process has begun in 2007 by Bonyad-Maskan (Housing Institute) organization and now all constructions are done. Studies indicates that most of residents are dissatisfied from limited spaces, ignoring cultural and social contrast which result in low congruence and convergence of collective and private spaces. In the first look, uniformity of buildings and similarity of blocks over the complex will result visual confusion and reduces sense of place in residents. Also residents complained about some collective, semi collective and private spaces like lobby, waiting hall, corridors and interior plan. This kind of construction reduces value of home in to building which result in increasing soulless spaces. Thus problems of Baharestan 2 complex can be consider as Social health issues. Hence, the relative reduction of problems and subsequently enhancing residents Social-environment statues with architectural design approach is the main purpose of this study. Housing as a place of residence and mental comfort, is one of the human basic needs. Bachelard defines home as internal space regarding external spaces like cities, streets, farms, seas, nature and even universe; a place for fostering dreams. At other hand, Heidegger thinks basic crisis of home is not lack of construction, but is human desire to residence. Schultz defines residence as establishment of a deep relationship between human and surrounded environment. This relationship is an attempt to granting identity and sense of place to a place and emphasizes that human would consolidate if he finds his home. Rappaport believes that home is consist of several parameters but social and cultural aspects are the most important. At other hand WHO defines “Health” as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. The Definition has not been amended since 1948. Also in 1986 WHO said that “a resource for everyday life, not the objective of living. Health is a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources, as well as physical capacities.” In this definition, each member of a family is a member of society and welfare of a member is connected to welfare and health of others. In a residential complex underlying motivations as social stability, reduce conflict and social problems, strengthening social stimuli or perhaps local support is of particular importance. According to Mead (1973) there are several factors which makes a residential complex in to a desired one. These factors are: Compatible neighbors, sense of community and a sense of continuity, knowledge of the biosphere and sense of common destiny. Also diversity, avoiding social-separation, social integration, coexistence, sharing values, lack of social stress, lack of inhibition to develop links with local citizens, ownership, encourage collaboration, safety, security and trust, protection of accidents, theft and vandalism , feedback, participation, effectiveness in decisionmaking, planning and open decision-making, active control mechanisms and appropriate services, are other included factors. Whereas social environment should be compatible with community values. It means that social environment should encourage individual to control and monitor, not to pushing stress on them and deprived them of necessary drivers. Lynch believes human should be able to see well and hear well and interact with others in the community. Elements and components such as the environment, hallway, door, stairs and slopes must comply with individual and social needs of residents. According to Levine, social health is to answer to this fundamental question that whether it be natural method (peaceful or compatible) and acceptable to continue to live with others. Also a method presented to define social health in physical environment design. As social integration concept three subject defined: Social facilitation (social initiation, observability, convergence and accommodation) regarding to intermediary space like corridor, hall and entrance space, social participation (Possibility of choice, productive participation) regarding to personal space like housing unit and social mingling in relation with local community assumed as apartment building. With this background, this paper is dealing with serious problems in residential plans, and specially focused on redesigning collective and semi collective spaces like lobby, waiting hall and corridors, and also possible considerations applied in private plans. This article is a resaerch with survey method. For selecting the respondent›s imporbable sampling method was used. Research has been consist of visionary part (articles, books, specialty Journals, consulting with professors and experts), and operational (analyzing architectural palns, documents, questionaries, workshops with some residents, providing photos and Maping). Workshops with public notification and the presence of a number of heads of household and board of directors in buildings held three sessions. In addition existing and corrective plans evaluated by thirty resident with simple random sampling method. The main assumption was that the proposed plans was to reduce the costs of interventions so that no financial pressure felt by residents and also increases amount of community participation. The questionnaire includes four existing and proposed plans and results in the form of bar graphs extracted and presented in each section. Also data has been analysed with SPSS17.0. Statstical software. Proposed plans defined and designed according to workshops and data obtained from survey research. Quaternaries results indicated that 85 percent of residents are not satisfied with existing plans and about 74 percent are satisfied with proposed plan of lobby. 73 percent of residents are not satisfied with existing plans and about 50 percent are satisfied with proposed plan waiting hall. 70 percent of residents are not satisfied with existing plans and about 74 percent are satisfied with proposed plan corridors. 67 percent of residents are not satisfied with existing plans and about 70 percent are satisfied with proposed interior plan. All in all results indicated that resident are not satisfied with collective, semi collective and private spaces. After accurate explaining of problems and issues, by two-dimension plans, various options presented and after analyzing and discussions and also holding numerous specialty meetings with some residents, final option was chosen and finally plans in details was designed. Main hypothesis of the study was reduction of interventions Costs, to minimizing financial pressure on resident sand increases community participation of residents. Results of the paper has a good agreement with previous studies in this field like Newman (1974), Beer and Higgins (2011), Lynch (2010), Greenbie (1974), and Cooper and Sarkissian (1986), as presented in discussion. All in all, the article as a result emphasizes on requisite of healthy, design, pleasant and sustainable, Particular attention to the needs, desires, and social patterns of the residents general population as main owners of building. There is no doubt that alongside this issue, a lot of mental, social, economic factors have roles in how people behave towards the environment, thus planners and designers should consider appropriate manners.

Abstract
Cellulase enzyme has shown their potential application in different industry. cellulase immobilization is one of the different methods for enzymatic stabilization. An advantage of immobilization is enzymatic reusability, which have an economical advantage for enzyme using in industry. Properties of Chitosan as a support for enzyme immobilization are always considerable. Due to its unique biological properties such as biocompability, biodegradability and non-toxicity, chitosan is an attractive support for immobilization. In this investigation Aa-cel9A endoglucanase gene was cloned in pET28 (+) expression vector. Sequencing result had been proved gene cloning in vector. Then the constructed vector was transformed to Eshershia.Coli (BL21) cells and enzyme production was induced. The result obtained from SDS-PAGE analysis and enzymatic assay showed the recombinant protein has been expressed and protein purification was done with Ni-NTA column. Chitosan macrobeads were prepared by precipitation procedure. After immobilization of enzyme with glutaraldehyde as linker, enzyme immobilization has been proved with FTIR and Bradford analysis. The obtained result showed optimum condition for covalent immobization on support are 0.7% of glutaraldehyde concentration and sodium phosphate buffer with pH 7. Bradford analysis and enzymatic activity assay have proved 85% of enzyme molecules immobilized on support.

Abstract
Aims: Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) are powerful tools that are commonly used today in prediction deposit-related sciences. The research aimed at predicting various five links of heavy metals using the properties of deposit.
Materials and Methods: 180 samples of surface sediments were taken from the Chahnimeh reservoir and they were transferred to under standard conditions. Total Zinc concentration, deposit properties and Zinc five bonds with deposit were measured. Efficiency of the ANN and Perceptron (MLP) model to estimate the Zn following the measurement of parameters in the laboratory.
Findings: Five links were predicted with the aid of ANNs and MLP model. Deposit properties and total concentrations of heavy metals were considered as input and each of bonds were considered as output.
Conclusion: Ultimately, the ANN showed good performance in the predicting the determination of coefficients or R2 0.98 to 1) and root mean square error or RMSE (0.7 to 0.01).

Abstract
Backgrounds: Neonatal sepsis is a clinical syndrome in neonates, which is an uncommon but significant cause of morbidity and mortality in infants. The aim of this study was to evaluate the incidence of sepsis caused by Escherichia coli and its antibiotic resistance pattern as well as to assess the potential risk factors in neonates and maternal characteristics in Shiraz.
Material & Method: This retrospective study was performed on infants with sepsis in the first three days of life during February 2019 to March 2021. Patients' information was obtained using their hospital records and a questionnaire. All statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS software Ver. 18.0. A p-value <.05 was considered as statistically significant
Findings: During this study, a total of 250 positive blood cultures were reported for infants less than 3 days old. Of these, 21(8.4%) E. coli strains were isolated from 14 preterm and 7 term neonates. In all patients, the most effective antibiotic was meropenem, and the highest resistance was observed to cefoxitin.
Conclusion: Base on the present study results, E. coli is the most prevalent Gram-negative bacterium isolated in Shiraz. Premature birth and very low weight are the most important risk factors for developing early-onset sepsis.

Abstract
In this paper comparison of finite element results and experimental observations of the hydroforming deep drawing is considered in which fluid pressure is used instead of die. Effects of hydroforming parameters during the process are studied, and a comparison with conventional method in deep drawing of aluminum alloys sheets with different blank diameters is presented. Large strain effects, anisotropic material properties, and the Coulomb friction theory in contact surfaces have been considered. ABAQUS code was used for simulation of process. In the first step, the numerical results have been verified by available experimental results, which showed a good agreement. These results contain force-punch travel and thickness strain. In the next step, the effects of initial pressure, friction, and punch radius on wrinkling, tearing, earring, and thickness strain have been studied. The results showed the range of pressure container for the hydroforming deep drawing. A comparison between some of the common deep drawing methods has been presented based on two main failure criteria and thickness strain criteria. Finally it is concluded that the hydroforming process is a more efficient method for achieving the higher drawing rate with respect to the conventional methods.

Abstract
Aims: Malathion is one of the agricultural organophosphate pesticides used in agriculture that may be found in aquaculture centers. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different levels of dietary vitamin C on improving the situation of growth, digestive enzymes activity and blood stress factors of Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus) under sub-lethal toxicity of malathion.
Materials & Methods: In this experimental study, 180 Nile tilapia with weight average of 12.5±5g were subjected to 25% concentrations of Lc50 96h of malathion for 28 days and during this period, the fishes were fed with different levels of vitamin C (0, 300, 600, and 900mg/kg of feed). Data were analyzed by Duncan's new multiple range test and one-way analysis of variance through SPSS 24 software.
Findings: The weight gain and specific growth rate of fish fed by the highest vitamin level (900mg/kg of feed) were significantly higher than other groups (p<0.05), while the feed conversion ratio in the fish under mentioned treatment significantly decreased compared to other treatments. Trypsin and chymotrypsin digestive enzyme activities were significantly increased in treatments of 600 and 900mg/kg vitamin C in diet, respectively. The activity of other enzymes at different concentrations of vitamin C in the diet did not show a significant difference (p>0.05). Blood glucose level was significantly higher in control treatment in comparison to the other treatments.
Conclusion: Vitamin C as an anti-stress agent reduces the stress in Nile tilapia subjected by Malathion pesticides and improve the metabolic status and growth performance of Nile tilapia.

Abstract
Backgrounds: A common problem among diabetic patients is foot ulcers and infections, impacting up to 15% of diabetic patients over their lifetime. The aim of this study was to investigate the frequency of bacterial agents and their antimicrobial resistance pattern in patients with diabetic foot infection in Namazi and Shahid Faghihi hospitals in Shiraz.
Materials & Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in Namazi and Shahid Faghihi hospitals in Shiraz. The collected samples were transferred to the laboratory for culture and biochemical tests. After accurate identification of bacterial agents, antibiotic susceptibility of all isolated bacteria was evaluated by disk diffusion method based on CLSI guidelines. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (Version 19).
Findings: In this study, 166 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were evaluated. The mean age of patients was 55.8± 13.2 years, and 109 (66.4%) cases were male. Also, 62% of patients had an underlying disease, while most of them had hypertension (27%). The most prevalent isolated bacterium was Staphylococcus epidermidis. The most effective antibiotics against isolated Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria were vancomycin and amikacin, respectively.
Conclusion: In this study, it was concluded that the frequency of Gram-negative bacteria in diabetic foot ulcer infections was higher than that of Gram-positive bacteria.

Abstract
Backgrounds: Infection is one of the major threats to liver transplant patients and significantly affects associated mortality and morbidity. Serious infections are likely to occur a few months after transplantation, and most of them are bacterial. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prevalence of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) bacteremia in liver transplant patients.
Materials & Methods: In this systematic review and meta-analysis, Preferred Reporting Items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis guidelines were used. International databases including PubMed, Scopus, Web of Sciences, Embase, and Cochrane were searched by related MeSH terms and keywords for studies published until July 26, 2020. The current study was registered by a pre-defined protocol in PROSPRO.
Findings: After a comprehensive literature search, 11 articles were selected for inclusion in the analysis. The prevalence of MRSA in liver transplant patients was 75% (95% CI: 58% - 89%); however, an evident heterogeneity was observed between the studies (I2= 87.84%, p< .001).
Conclusion: In conclusion, this study results demonstrate that the prevalence of post-transplant MRSA colonization bacteremia is high among liver transplant patients. This should be considered seriously, and efforts should be made to prevent mortality in this group of patients.

Abstract
Anthracnose disease caused by Ophiognomonia leptostyla, is the most important and widespread fungal disease on Juglans regia. Walnut disease symptomatic samples were collected from different provinces of Iran, during 2015–2016. Fungal isolates were identified based on ITS-rDNA sequence data. Variance analysis of colony growth rate (mm/day) and acervulus density on medium, was significant. Acervulus density on medium was strongly correlated with colony growth rate. The Max acervulus density was 60% and > 80% for Hamedan and Mazandaran isolates respectively. The virulence of six selected isolates was examined on cv. Chandler. Virulence indices including spot diameter, disease severity, spot area average and logistic infection rate except spot number index, could successfully detect significant differences among isolates. SA-SE1 isolate from Mazandaran showed significantly the most virulence indices: disease severity (%), spot area and logistic infection rate. For the other five isolates, four significant levels in all virulence indices were observed. In summary after this isolate, other isolates including TA-ZY21, LA-SY21, U94-SR1, HA-GH22 and MA-K1 were placed in the next steps of virulence ranking. There was insignificant correlation between colony growth rate and disease severity. However, the acervulus density and disease severity were significantly correlated implying the importance of acervular conidial inoculum in secondary disease cycle progress. Disease severity was strongly correlated with number of spots, spot diameter and logistic infection rate. Disease severity was also negatively correlated with Mid-time (time to progress 50%). Moreover, there was positive relationship between logistic infection rate and three traits: number of spots, spot diameter and spot area average. This study was the first of the disease virulence components on cv. Chandler in Iran.

Abstract
Aims: Regarding the treatment of cancer, due to the limitation in the use of high dose and resistance of cancer cells, it is necessary to use optimal methods that have high therapeutic efficacy and reduce the dose of radiation and medicine. The aim of the present research was to investigate toxicity of cisplatin under the influence of static magnetic field in susceptible and drug-resistant cell.
Materials and Methods: In the present experimental study, A2780-CP resistant cell classes and susceptible to A2780 cisplatin were investigated in the field and drug-treated cell groups compared to the drug-receiving group alone, and to determine the effect of static magnetic field and concentration of drug, 10mT for 24 hours and logarithmic drug concentration (1, 10, 50, 100, and 500mcg/ml) were used. Inhibitory concentration of 50% cell growth (IC50) was obtained for the cells in the absence and presence of the magnetic field after conversion of the absorption obtained in the ELISA from the MTT test to cytotoxicity percentage. Data were analyzed with Prism software using two-way ANOVA and T-test.
Findings: In the presence of a static magnetic field and different drug concentrations, a greater reduction in the percentage of In vivo cells was observed. IC50 values for A2780 cells in the absence and presence of magnetic fields were 27.69±9.58 and 8.96±1.48μg/ml for A2780-CP, and 61.61±8.03 and 9.58±3.13μg/ml, respectively.
Conclusion: The mortality rate of the cells treated with cisplatin under the influence of the magnetic field is more in susceptible and drug-resistant cells than that of only drug use. Drug-resistance decreases in the drug-resistant cell class in the presence of a magnetic field.

Abstract
Aims: Osmotic stress such as drought, salinity, and cold is one of the most important stresses. The aim of this study was to isolate and evaluate the genes of AREB and MPK2 in order to study the resistance to drought of tomato plants.
Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, seeds of two varieties of Tomato (Red Cloud) and (Peto Pride; resistant and susceptible to drought stress, respectively) were grown in drought treatment levels of -2 and -4. This study used 3 replications by a model based on a completely randomized block design. Sampling was done for Thiobarbituric acid reactive material (TBARM) for each treatment in 3 replications. Randomized and repeated sampling were done for molecular studies and the genes expression. AREB1 and MPK2 genes were studied, using bioinformatics resources and with the help of specific primers, making cDNA, PCR, and Electrophoresis. The analysis of variance test and SPSS 15 software were used
Findings: With increasing drought stress, most of morphological traits had a considerable decline, but cellular oxidative index increased with the increase of stress, so that TBARM increased. The expression of AREB1 was higher than that of MPK2 gene expression. The rate of similarity between LeAREB and kinase 2 protein sequences in resistant tomatoes was 31%.
Conclusion: With increasing drought stress, most morphological traits have a significant decline, but TBARM shows a significant increase with increasing stress. The AREB1 resistant drought gene is induced by the effects of drought stresses, while the expression of the MPK2 gene does not show a significant difference.

Abstract
Fine-blanking is an effective and economical shearing process which offers a precise and clean cutting edge finish, eliminates unnecessary secondary operations and increases quality. Fine-blanking process utilizes triple-action tools: a punch, a stripper with an indented V-ring and a Counter punch (ejector) to generate a highly compressive stress state. The deformation is more violent and localized than that of any other metal forming operations. Therefore it is difficult to fully understand the mechanism of the process.
This study investigates the effect of V-ring indenter, clearance of die, Force of holder and Counter punch, etc on state of stress, quality and accuracy of production. Some parameters have both positive and negative effect on quality of production and the life of the tool. Utilizing V-Ring indenter in Die will increase quality of production and life of the tool. Also Artificial Neural Networks was used to simulate Fine-Blanking process. It has been shown that booth of FEM and ANN is suitable for simulating and forecast of effect of the parameters on production.

Abstract
Aims: The purpose of this study is to measure the level of social sustainability in distressed urban areas and explain its components in the historical and marginal context of Ardabil as two examples of distressed urban areas.
Methods: The data were collected by library method and questionnaire in 2018 and analyzed by one-sample t-test, factor analysis and regression analysis. The sample consisted of 200 inhabitants of historical texture and 200 inhabitants of marginal context who were sampled by cluster sampling method.
Findings: The components of social sustainability in both studied areas were inadequate. However, the marginal context was worse than historical area. Based on the results of factor analysis, factors that contribute to the improvement of social sustainability are in the subset of the four main factors, which together explain 63% to 68% of variance of the social sustainability as dependent variable. Also the effect of various factors in each area was significantly different. As, the most important factor affecting social sustainability in the historical context is the social capital that explained by variables such as social participation, social interactions, social trust, and collective identity. In contrast, the most important factor affecting social sustainability in marginalized area is the availability of amenities and infrastructural facilities that are explained by variables such as housing quality, security and access to public services.
Conclusion: The final result was that the existence of intrinsic differences between historical and marginal context requires the development of separate regeneration schemes for each context in accordance with their characteristics.

Abstract
Background: Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella catarrhalis are common pathogens in respiratory tract infections, causing some diseases like community-acquired pneumonia, acute sinusitis, and otitis media. Antimicrobial resistance in these pathogens occurs over the years. This systematic review aimed to investigate the antibiotic resistance pattern of these pathogens in Iran in the last 5 years.
Materials & Methods: All original articles related to the antimicrobial resistance of H. influenza and M. catarrhalis in Iran since 2018 were searched in English and Persian databases. The articles were screened primarily and secondary. After screening the articles (extracted blindly), conflicts were resolved, and the final data were reviewed.
Findings: This study included nine articles after primary and secondary screening steps, comprising 111 H. influenzae and 78 M. catarrhalis isolates. The lowest resistance of H. influenzae isolates was against levofloxacin (0.0%), cefotaxim (11.1%), and ceftriaxone (11.1%), while the highest resistance of these isolates was against tetracycline, co-trimoxazole, and ampicillin. M. catarrhalis isolates showed the highest resistance to penicillin (100%), cefazolin (87.5%), cefuroxime (84.4%), ampicillin (84.4%), and amoxicillin (81.2%). Co-trimoxazole resistance rates of M. catarrhalis isolates from adenoid tissue and pharynx were different. Resistance to fluoroquinolones was 0.0%; macrolides were the most effective antibiotics.
Conclusion: Fluoroquinolones and macrolides are the most effective antibiotics for M. catarrhalis, while fluoroquinolones and cefotaxime or ceftriaxone work best for H. influenzae. It is recommended to use fluoroquinolones and macrolides for managing outpatients and fluoroquinolones, macrolides, or ceftriaxone for managing inpatients. Prescription of β-lactams and/or co-trimoxazole is ineffective.

Aim: With global warming and limited water resources in the world, especially in arid lands of Iran, managing the production of forest seedlings in the country's nurseries is facing a special challenge
. In this regard, the study of drought tolerant plants to select them in the mass seedling production programs can be useful.
Material and methods: Potted seedlings of Persian oak (
Quercus brantii Lindl.), pistachio (
Pistacia atlantica Desf.), Judas-tree (
Cercis siliquastrum L.) and black poplar (
Populus nigra L.) exposed to a normal irrigation scheme (100% field capacity) and drought-stressed (30% field capacity) conditions were examined over a period of 120 days in a greenhouse of Bam Khorramabad Nursery to judge their tolerance for drought stress.
Findings: Drought-tressed seedlings from all species had a lower content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and carotenoids compared to the control plots, but the content of proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) did, however, increase. Under stress conditions, MDA content in black poplar,
Judas-tree, Persian oak and pistachio was 174, 121, 105 and 102% higher than the control seedlings, respectively, and this increase in black poplar over other species ranged from 93.5 to 176.5%.
Conclusion: This study confirms that among four tree species, black poplar has lowest tolerance to drought stress. Thus, Persian oak, pistachio and Judas-tree, should be prioritized in the mass seedling production programs of nurseries in arid areas suffering from limited water resources, due to their higher tolerance to water scarcity.
