Abstract

Introduction: Breast cancer is one of the provalent cancers in the world. This cancer as well as other solid tumors, in the course of its development has phases in this order: Epithelial Dysplasia, Carcinoma Insitu, Invassiveness and metastasis. Breast cancer Diagnosis is generally made with pathology methods. In this survey, measuring Angiostatin (which is one of the most important and potent angiogensis inhibitor) in random urine as a noninvassive method was introduced to diagnose the disease. Materials and Methods: In this assay, random urine samples of 15 Breast cancer patient and 15 control urine samples were obtained, and assayed with improved sandwich direct ELISA. Results: Obtained result in statistical T-Test (Pvalue<0.03) showed significant correlation between urine angiostatin and breast cancer, that has coordinace with the result of patients sample pathology. Discussion: Angiostatin dosage in urine of patients of breast cancer is a good marker of non invassive diagnosis.

Abstract

Customers’ purchase behavior is one of the main criteria and critical success factors of e-commerce and online businesses which is similar to traditional businesses with some differences. Therefore, this study tries to reach a model for analyzing the online re-purchasing intention in B2C transactions. This research has been done in the framework of interpretive philosophical paradigm, with inductive approach, in qualitative method and the theme analysis technique using interviewing tools. Accordingly, an interview was conducted with 36 people including 6 e-commerce experts, 13 brokers in Internet business and 17 re-purchasing customers. After coding the interviews, 120 codes were reached at the first stage and final codes had been retrieved which were classified in 21 basic themes. After final analysis, the basis themes were divided into four organizing theme: psychological theme, technological theme, institutional and customer-orientation theme. Among these four themes, the concept of technology in e-commerce has the greatest emphasis. Organizational issues, customer-orientation and psychological issues are at the next rankings, which can also be considered as important which can be considered by as e-commerce managers.

Abstract

Aims: The use of semiconductor quantum dots (QD) nanoparticles with emission spectrum in the visible region as a marker in immunoassays provides the user with an opportunity to detect the desired agent without using advanced equipment. Accordingly, the aim of this study was to present a one-step conjugation method for antibodies with CdTe quantum dots, using activated dextran.
Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, CdTe nanoparticles were synthesized and the transmission electron microscope was used to study the morphology of the synthesized QD of CdTe and the size, concentration, and stability of the synthesized nanoparticles were evaluated. In order to stabilize the nanoparticles synthesized by BSA (Bovine Serum Albumin), they were coated and connected to antibodies with activated dextran. Immunosuppression tests were used to evaluate the conjugated antibodies.
Findings: Spot and spherical nature were completely evident in the morphology of nanoparticles. The difference in QD and dBSA-QD displacement from the agarose gel confirmed the formation of dBSA-QD and the same dilution spectrum from nanoparticles was obtained in the presence and absence of BSA. Connecting with dBSA, in addition to maintaining and improving the properties of the nanoparticle's diffusion led to the creation of diverse functional groups for the next steps of nanoparticle connection. The fluorescence emission of nanoparticles was higher in both coated with dBSA and conjugated with antibodies than free nanoparticles. By using antibodies connected to nanoparticles, the detection limit of 30ng for protein antigen was obtained as an eye.
Conclusion: In the conjugation process, in order to connect CdTe quantum dots to antibodies via dextran, by coating nanoparticles with a denatured BSA in addition to increasing the stability of nanoparticles, new functional groups are created on the surface of the nanoparticle.
