Abstract
Edrisid, as the first Alawite state in the second half of the second century A.H, settled down in North-West Africa; in a region surrounded by hostile states from all sides, the Umayyads of Andalusia in the north, the Aghlabid's in the east; and the Banurostam government in the northeast and Banumedarar government in the southwest. Being located in such a geographical position must lead to the inevitable entry into long and erosive wars and endless tensions. However, by studying the history of Edrisid's not only don’t we see any continuous wars but we come across a stable government which carries out the most brilliant period of civilization in the Islamic Maghreb region in the first centuries (A.H.). The current research intends to look into Edrisid's foreign policy management and explaining the strategies of this government in curbing hostilities and turning crises into opportunities in the field of diplomacy. Data analysis in the historical reports related to this government reveals that the Edrisid's were able to succeed in foreign policy by adopting policies such as: religious tolerance, extensive business relations with neighbors, establishment of a balance of power and exploiting tribal differences in the territory of neighbors. Through these measures, they were able to avoid erosive conflicts and continuous wars with neighbors and thus provide the basis for stability and development in their territory.

Abstract
Historical geography is the study of the role of geographical factors and phenomena, especially natural geography in the formation of historical events. For example, a careful study on the location of some cities shows that the selection of their location was not accidental and was done through a precise process.
Tlemcen, a city in North Africa, known as the capital of the Middle West in the Middle Ages, is an example of a strategic city. This city, which for more than three centuries was the capital of a state of Ben-Abd al-Wad, (a state surrounded on all sides by hostile states) It holds the record for most and longest military and economic sieges in North Africa, but in the vast majority of these attacks and sieges, it has shown high resilience. It seems that the unique geographical location and natural defense barriers along with being located at important trade crossroads that have increased public wealth and social welfare, in addition to abundant water resources and fertile plains and agricultural lands that provide food. This set of factors led to the continuation of the government of Banu Abdul Wad.

Abstract
Background: Streptococcus agalactiae, also known as Group B Streptococcus (GBS) is a commensal organism in the urogenital tract and rectum in approximately 25% of the healthy adult female population. The bacterium is the leading cause of bacterial meningitis, pneumonia, and sepsis in human infants.
Materials and Methods: Our study was performed over a three - month period from April to June 2014. Midstream specimens of urine were collected from outpatients suspected of having a bacterial urinary tract infection, which had not received any antibiotics. Group B Streptococci isolates were confirmed by typical colony morphology and identified by differential tests. Antibiotic susceptibility testing was carried out by disk diffusion method on Mueller Hinton agar (Merck, Germany) based on (CLSI) Guidelines 2012.
Results: GBS strains were isolated from 264 (21.1%) cases (out of 1249 positive bacterial urine cultures). The higher prevalence was recorded in the 15-44 and 45-64 age groups. Antibiotic susceptibility tests revealed that vancomycin, penicillin, and linezolid had the lowest, and tetracycline had the highest resistance rate.
Conclusion: In conclusion, the results of the present study confirm the universal susceptibility of GBS strains to the penicillin family and assert the use of penicillin or ampicillin as the first drug of choice for treatment and prophylaxis against GBS infections. However, it is important to perform antibiotic susceptibility testing whenever penicillin could not be prescribed.

Abstract
The forward challenges in translating the holy Quran are the large differences caused by the differences in the interpretations of the verses. As, a translator is obliged to be faithful to the interpreters’ views, for solving this challenge, there is a need for having an exact criterion and in accordance with linguistic logic of the holy Quran, in order to judge the diverse interpretative views. The criterion, accordingly, is the product of having the structural approach to the holy Quran. Because having such an approach, is a knowledgeable attempt in finding the wisely geometry of surahs, and takes us to what The All-Wise Allah, aimed at the sending the text of the Quran. This article by using a descriptive-analytical method and by elicitation of the geometrical structure of Surah Al-Imran and analyzing the differences in translating some verses of this surah, and investigating the extent of adaption of each of these interpretative views with compatibility index of the general purpose, resulted from the geometrical structure of the surah, aims at answering the question that how we can use the systematic or structure-based views for criticizing a translation. Some of the results are as follows: First of all, considering the fact that Quran, itself, is a criterion for analyzing everything, included the speech of Ahl-Albayts (SAW), then the criterion of analyzing the interpretive ideas must be intra-textual; and this is the same purpose derived form the geometrical structure of the surah. In this view, the words and verses of each surah are the building blocks that are organized around one single center. Therefore, each interpretive idea or translation is not acceptable if it is not compatible with the purpose of the surah and place of the verse in the structure. Secondly, the translation of the selected verses of Sural Al-Imran have been determined as objective instances to this analytical criterion and interpretive views adapted to the structure of surah and exact translation based on them.

Abstract
Atherosclerosis is a chronic vascular disease and remains the leading cause of death and morbidity worldwide. Endothelial dysfunction is an important factor in the progression of atherosclerotic disease. Increased expression of cell adhesion index genes and decreased cell-binding proteins lead to abnormal endothelial function. These molecular changes are one of the most important indicators of endothelial cell dysfunction and the progression of atherosclerosis. CXCR3 is a G-protein-coupled chemokine receptor expressed by endothelial cells. The role of the receptor CXCR3 and its ligands in endothelial cells and heart disease is not yet fully understood. In this study, we evaluated the effect of CXCR3 downregulation on the expression level of adhesion (I-CAM-1, V-CAM-1), tight junction (TJP1), related to endothelial dysfunction.
In order to reduce the expression of the CXCR3 gene, the RNA-cleaving DNAzyme was used against the mRNA of the CXCR3 gene. DNAzyme was transfused into HUVEC cells by TurboFectTM. After confirmation of decreased CXCR3 gene expression, RNA extraction and cDNA synthesis were performed and then the expression of markers was evaluated by RT-qPCR technique.
Our result was showed the expression level of I-CAM-1 and V-CAM-1 were showed significant up-regulation in transfected cells compared with control cells, while the TJP1 gene was not showed significant change. It seems that reducing the CXCR3 gene expression could induce endothelial dysfunction through the change of adhesion markers genes expression. Therefore, this receptor can be considered as a potential molecular target for a better understanding of the mechanism of atherosclerosis.

Abstract
The Islamic Maghreb owes its civilization to its geographical location, which, in addition to simultaneous access to the Mediterranean Sea and Europe and the pristine lands of sub-Saharan Africa, has also benefited from Egypt's proximity to the East Gate. Such a situation has provided a favorable opportunity for business activities, and of course, it is natural that the degree of actualization of this capacity has always been a function of other variables, especially political variables. The study of the evolution of trade in the Maghreb in the Middle Ages (5th to 10th centuries AH) confronts us with a different phenomenon; in this period, despite the change of governments, political decentralization and constant war, we face the growth of all trade indicators. The present article examines this contradiction; It is argued that the existence of dynamic markets, powerful coinage, and the easy and extensive movement of merchant caravans are clear signs of medieval trade flourishing in medieval Maghreb, and The reasons, in addition to the geographical location, are that the governments of the region knew that with strong treasuries, they would have more and more satisfied military power and strength to rely on political conflicts, and the realization of a rich treasury will not be possible except through prosperous trade. This article has finally been able to show the existence of this dual political-economic life, so that we always see the consistent policy of the governments of this region in supporting trade facilitation in spite of all political crises.

Abstract
Single-walled carbon nano tube (SWCNT) is used as a buffer layer to improve the performance of polymer solar cells. The buffer layer is located between the active layer and the cathode electrode in the solar cell structure such as PET/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/MEH-PPV:C60 (1:2)/SWCNT/Al. SWCNTs act as tunnels to help electron collection by cathode electrode, prevent the randomly movement of electrons, leading to the reduction of recombination at the interfaces after dissociation. By implementing this method, the short circuit current (Jsc) of fabricated solar cells increases from 20% to 40% depending on the solvent and the open circuit voltage (Voc) reduces slightly. Since the type of solvent has an important effect on the properties of fabricated solar cells, the active layer was spin coated using three different solvents which were Chlorobenzene, 1, 2-Dichlorobenzene and Toluene. The best performance was achieved for the device fabricated using Chlorobenzene. The resulted output powers using Chlorobenzene, 1, 2-Dichlorobenzene and Toluene were 10.04 µW/cm2, 7.59 µW/cm2 and 1.74 µW/cm2 respectively.

Abstract
Preservation and optimal usage of water resources are that main aspects of sustainable development in each country. Knowing qualitative and quantitative problems in water resources monitoring systems is one of the most important steps in water resources system management and pollution reduction plan. Recent studies in the field of water quality monitoring network has showen the needs for more researches, despite the abilities and investments in this field. One of the most important problems is the difference between required data and provided data in monitoring networks. So, monitoring systems should be revised and modified in several cases. High monitoring expenses necessitates optimizing monitoring systems to prevent cost loss. Being aware of network properties is an essential step in evaluating existing quality monitoring network. Locations of sampling stations, time frequencies, qualitative variables specifications and sampling duration should be considered in these evaluations. Reduce the cost of monitoring networks and maximize the obtained information, is the common objectives of the monitoring networks planning. From a monitoring perspective, identification of the reservoir eutrophication situation is of particular importance. Eutrophication phenomenon affects water quality strongly and causes serious limitations on the water utilization ability. Autotrophic organisms and algae overgrowth increased turbidity, toxic substances, increased sedimentation rate, oxygen concentration in the middle of the day and reduced severely by decreasing sunlight from sunset until next day morning, which causes anaerobic regions creation in deeper areas of the reservoir as the result. In this study, locations of Karkheh dam reservoir that there was maximum variations in quality indices values using CE-QUAL-W2 model, was identified. PO_4, NO_3, chlorophyll A and dissolved oxygen was studied to eutrophication control in reservoir. Because of limited available data from the time frequencies and sampling location point of view, dam reservoir was modeled by CE-QUAL-W2, 2D qualitative model for a period of one year. Using time series developed in previous step in model cells, time variance of studied parameters in the entire model cells was calculated and was used as a measure of its value change during time. Critical path from monitoring point of view was obtained after fitting best curve to cells with maximum time variance for studied qualitative indices. Placement of monitoring stations on this route will get the maximum information about the quality of the monitoring operation. Abstract
Introduction: Statins are one of the approved drugs used in the clinic, which are prescribed to reduce the amount of cholesterol in the blood of patients. However, the effects of the drug in reducing the amount of fat and the occurrence of side effects are not the same in the patients. Considering the role of LncRNAs in regulating gene expression, the possible role of HOTAIR LncRNA and atorvastatin treatment in regulating HMGCR gene expression as the main regulating gene in cholesterol synthesis has been investigated.
Methods: Bioinformatics analyses were used to find common regulatory factors between the HMGCR gene and candidate LncRNAs. MTT assay was used to determine the optimal dose of atorvastatin treatment on the HepG2 cell line. RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and quantitative analysis of gene expression were performed by qPCR. Finally, HMGCR protein expression was evaluated via the Western blot technique.
Results: Bioinformatic analyses showed that there is a relationship between HMGCR expression and some LncRNAs (HOTAIR, TUG1, MALAT1, GAS5, JPX, DLX6AS). In the cell culture, atorvastatin treatment increased the expression of HMGCR at mRNA and protein levels in the HepG2 cell line. Among the candidate lncRNAs, HOTAIR LncRNA expression decreased by 80% under atorvastatin treatment. Downregulating of the HOTAIR gene led to increased HMGCR gene expression at the RNA and protein levels.
Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that, aside from blocking the HMGCR enzyme binding site, atorvastatin can regulate the expression of HMGCR mRNA and protein by changing the HOTAIR expression.
