Abstract
Narrative discourse and the arrangement of its components that reflect the narrative world provide the accessibility terms to the ideology and hidden values in the text; hence, it is important in the multilateral understanding of literary texts. Because the experiences and comprehension of the authors in interaction with the surrounding world do not have a similar effect on their perception, the narrative discourse changes from one narrative type to another. In “Biroon Az Gozashteh” by “Mehri Bahrami”various worlds coexist, there is no border between reality and fantasy, and the multiverse idea helps to understand the narrative discourse of the story. The main objective of this article is to show the selection of elements of the discourse through which the author constructs the story and the dominant ideology of the text, by investigating the narrative discourse of the novel. This research is text-oriented and has been done using text analyzing method. The main focus of this article is to investigate criteria such as the narration type’ various kinds of narratorsand their relation with the characters’ embodied experiences the narrator and characters and in line with it the formation of aesthetic and symbolic objects and hidden location in the narration. In this novel, the narrator’s subjective functions and her connection to other constructive elements of the text have an identity function and reflect the ideology of a text that tries to depict a woman who wants to pass behind her cultural-historical past and create a new self of herself.

Abstract
In many of mythical, folklore and fairy stories, the birth of the hero has many mythical and fictional characteristics. The grounding of the birth of the hero traces on the hero’s future life. In many stories, which have the birth function, there are many barriers in the birth process. Among these obstacles, we can name aging parents and their disability to have a child.
The remarkable point in this story is that the child, despite many barriers, is born, and after a dangerous and wonderful life, becomes a hero. The main goal of this article is the psychological analysis and classification of the type of tales.
This research investigates the birth of the hero as a current theme in mythical, folklore and fairy stories, and its conclusion shows that we can classify the different types of birth function in the following groups as: the birth without parent origin, the birth process with one origin (father or mother), the marriage of the king with particular girl (sometimes a fairy), and the birth of the hero in the aging parent time and eating apple condition for mother.

Abstract
Abstract-Brain shrimp Artemia can tolerate different range of ecologic conditions. This animal is also known because of high nutrition value and special application in research. The species of Artemia franciscana found endemically on American continent, but recently it has been reported from Mahalru Lake, Iran. Due to differences between ecological conditions of Maharlu Lake with originally habitat of A. franciscana, Great Salt Lake, and taking to account the 10 years successful existence of this species in the lake, be believe that this species has adapted to new environment genetically. Given the fact that any kind of adaption can endanger endemic Maharlu parthenogenetic Artemia, in present study genetically differentiation between two populations of A. franciscana, before and after migration to new environment was studied. The study was conducted on structure of two important genes as COI and HSP26 using RCP-RFLP method. Successful digestion of the 700bp fragment of COI gene by two endonucleases enzymes, TaqI and EcoRI in addition to the digestion of 217bp fragment by Eco471 revealed genetic variation between two populations. The 7 generated specific haplotypes genetic distance of D=0.18 between the populations. According to the results and also successful residence of A. franciscana in Maharlu Lake, given the fact of high production performance of A. franciscana it is believed that the settler Artemia can be account as Iranian Artemia populations which will threaten existence of endemic parthenogenetic Artemia population in the lake.

Abstract
We can call “EFQM excellence model” as a transition from the great number of different models and approaches to unity in context of organizational improvement and excellence. Doing self-assessment to find areas for improvement (AFIs) is the most important application of this model. Those organizations which are on lower level of total quality management will encounter lots of AFIs. So finding key problems is an important challenge for them. Reviewing the literature shows that there is no specific and systematic model to solve this challenge.
We intended to introduce a mathematical screening model in order to help organizations to find their key problems. The proposed model was designed in fuzzy context, because decision making situation of most of the organizations is in vague and ambiguity.

Abstract
In the present study, Azivash leaf gum (Corchorus olitorius L.) was used for the first time with the help of an electroporation technique in the presence of poly-vinyl alcohol as a natural nanofibre. At first, the effect of different concentrations of Azivash gum aqueous solution (2, 2.5 and 3 g / l) with polyvinyl alcohol (P70: G30, P60: G40, P50: G50 and P0: G100) on viscosity and electrical conductivity as the main soluble parameters was studied. The results showed a significant increase in viscosity concentration with gum concentration and volume ratio of polyvinyl alcohol (p <0.01). Regardless of the concentration of Azivash gum, by increasing the ratio of gum to polyvinyl alcohol, the electrical conductivity increased significantly (p <0.05). In the study of shear stress-shear rate of Azivash gum and polyvinyl alcohol solutions, pseudoplastic behavior was confirmed. Investigating the fitting of rheological data with Herschel-Balkly models, power law and casson showed that the Herschel-Balkly model with the highest R2 / RMSE is desirable to describe the flow behavior. The values of the flow index and consistency coefficient were determined by the model. After the electrospining of azivash leaf gum-polyvinyl alcohol in a constant condition (voltages of 18 kV, volumetric flow rate of 0.7 ml/hr and needle distance to a collector plate of 12 cm), by microstructure analysis and based on the morphology of bead-free fibres, the Azivash gum formulation at 2 g / L concentration and the mixing ratio of 70:30 with polyvinyl alcohol was selected as the most suitable formulation with a mean nanofiber diameter of 90 nm. Based on FTIR resulrs, addition of gum to polyvinyl alcohol caused an increase in peak intensity due to carbonyl and hydroxyl groups glycosidic vibrations. Also, the thermal stability of the gum nanofibers of Azivash improved in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of microwave pretreatment on the degree of hydrolysis and antioxidant activity of Beluga (Huso huso) viscera protein hydrolysate. For this purpose, the samples were hydrolyzed after two conditions of pretreatment including no treatment with microwave or after ten minutes treatment with microwave (frequency 2450 Hz and temperature 90 °C), by alkalase enzyme with a concentration of 2%, temperature of 55°C and pH 8, and then the degree of hydrolysis and antioxidant activity of the produced samples were evaluated. According to the results, the degree of hydrolysis after microwave treatment was significantly higher than the sample without microwave treatment (p<0.05). Also, the sample produced after microwave treatment showed higher antioxidant activity (DPPH and ABTS radicals scavenging activity and Fe reduction capacity) compared to the control treatment (p<0.05). The IC50 values of this treatment in inhibiting DPPH and ABTS radicals scavenging activity were obtained as 1.25 mg/ml and 1.63 mg/ml, respectively, which was significantly lower than the control treatment (p<0.05). Also, in both samples, antioxidant activity increased significantly with increasing concentration (p<0.05). In general, it can be stated that 10 minutes of microwave pretreatment at 90 °C has a favorable effect on the properties of Beluga viscera protein hydrolysate which can indicate the applicability of this technology in the production process of fish protein hydrolysate.
