Abstract
Adding suffix is one of the methods of making words to produce various meanings. Various semantic contexts vary depending on the suffixes and prefixes in the word derivation. The suffixes "-är", "-gär", "-gar", "-an", "-nadeh" are known in Persian as suffixes that produce adjectives and nouns. In Russian the following suffixes:
-тель, -арь, -чик, -щик, ...
In the row, there are suffixes for making nouns. Among the above two suffixes "-арь" and "-тель" in Russian language are analyzed to find equivalence in Persian language.
The purpose of writing this research is to identify the active and passive suffixes in Russian and Persian languages and to examine them against each other in understanding their meaning and form, relying on the theory of semantic-lexical expression (Liber) 2004 and the grammatical theory. The questions that we seek to answer in this article are, what is the degree of convergence and divergence of the semantic expansion of active and passive suffixes in two languages? Is it possible to make some words with the help of existing words, according to the generative and cognitive grammar approach, to what extent the semantic overlap allows the reproduction of some figures. And as a result of this research: it was found that the investigated suffixes in two languages use the same basic units of noun + infinitive + suffix, but in the semantic part, the expected correspondence does not match completely.

Abstract
Salt stress is a serious environmental threat reducing crop yield. Hence, developing any breeding plan requires an understanding of the basic physiology and cell molecular genetic regulation under salinity stress. In this study, we evaluated the effectiveness of gene expression changes on ion homeostasis comprising salt overly sensitive (SOS1) and vacuolar Na+/H+ antiporter (NHX1) along with ion content measurement and proline content in the rice mutants at Rice Research Institute of Iran in 2018-2019. To survey these realities, tolerant mutant genotypes (em4hs290 and em4hs84) along with Hashemi parent cultivar, IR28 (sensitive), and FL478 (tolerant) seedlings were treated with 100 mM NaCl. Based on the results of growth indices, the seedling length of Hashemi cultivar and IR28 decreased considerably about 44.7%, and 44.2% reduction to that of the control, and the leaves progressively yellowed. Results showed that proline content and K+ and K+/Na+ ratio increased about ~2–3-fold higher in the tolerant genotypes than in the susceptible ones. Also, the overall amount of the OsNHX1 and SOS1 expression increased in tolerant genotypes compared to the susceptible ones. Accordingly, the compatible solute accumulation significantly advanced resulting in improvement of ionic homeostasis and probably suppresses the stress. Moreover, the variable pattern of gene expression in the two salt-tolerant mutants (em4hs290 and em4hs84) and Hashemi parent showed that the induced mutation could increase the salt-tolerant in mutant genotypes through ionic and osmotic homeostasis. Generally, these tolerant mutant genotypes could be applied to develop salt-tolerant varieties in rice breeding programs which can bring on production sustainability.

Abstract
The current study evaluated the interactive impacts of water temperature and feeding rate on digestive enzymes, intestine histology, growth and stress-related genes, and cultivable intestinal microbiota of Asian seabass (Lates calcarifer). For this purpose, 180 fish (85.0±3.0 g) were reared at three different temperatures (20, 27, and 33 °C) and two feeding rates (apparent satiation and 2.5% of biomass) with three replications for 6 weeks. The results revealed no significant differences among different treatments regarding the activity of digestive enzymes (P˃0.05) of fish reared under different temperatures and feeding rates. The length, width, and thickness of intestinal villi were unaffected by different temperatures and feeding rates (P˃0.05). In addition, no variations were found in the total aerobic bacterial count of fish gut from different experimental groups (P˃0.05). At the molecular level, IGF-I and HSP70 coding genes were found to be highly expressed in experimental treatments (P<0.05). To conclude, present results showed that temperatures between 27 to 33 °C are more optimal for Asian seabass, and the different temperatures and feeding rates do not affect digestive enzymes, intestine histology, and gut microbiota after 6 weeks. Further molecular research is needed to unravel the complex impact and mechanisms of feeding rate and different rearing temperature on fish physiology.

Abstract
Background and aims: The E2F family of transcription factors is encoded by at least eight genes, E2F1-8. These proteins are important targets of the retinoblastoma protein (RB) contributed in regulation of transcription, cell cycle and apoptosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the expression levels of E2F protein family including E2F1, E2F2, E2F7, E2F8 and RB1 in the lineage negative (Lin-) hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) of young and aged black mice using Real Time RT-PCR and western blot techniques. Methods: Lin- HSCs of 4 young (7-10 weeks old) and 3 aged (76 weeks old ) mice have been isolated from their bone marrow cells using MACS column and after RNA extraction of culturing cells and cDNA preparation, samples were then analyzed by Real Time RT- PCR and western blot techniques. Results: The E2F7 and E2F8 expression levels of the Lin- HSCs of old mice were only the transcriptional factors significantly decreased when compared with young mice. In conclusion: It seems the functional roles of important E2F7 and E2F8 transcription factors in moderating potentially destructive activity of E2F1 and regulation of cell cycle have been diminished in Lin- HSCs of aged mice. Hence, the apoptotic activity of the E2F1 would affect to the most HSCs, reinforcing bone marrow to proliferate the HSCs in old mice. However, Real Time RT-PCR data showed that the expression level of the E2F1 in those cells was not increased significantly as expected. This is the first report in this regard and further investigation with more samples need to reconfirm these data.

Abstract
The most current meaning of Irony in Persian literature is to reproach, fault-finding, guy and criticize.
Irony is one of the expressions which has been common in the life of the ancient Iranian people with lampoon, syllable, and satire, humour and … and upon which some parts of the literature works have been concentrated.
The nature of irony in Persian literature lies in most cases on the contradiction between term and meaning in discourse. Hence, it can be classified almost as figurative sense. In most cases the irony written works have been associated with lampoon, humour, witticism and epigram.
So it can be mentioned that irony is a kind of profound thought and providence and refers to a type of revolution and internal transmutation change. The word “epigram” has also been associated with a type of irony and wit in the history of our literature. The only difference is that jest, enjoyment and entertainment are regarded as the dominant essence of epigram but, while the speaking trend is apparently jests and quizzical and non-serious in irony, finally it is resulted in conception, discipline and policy. So, irony can be termed as the preaching literature in Persian literature.

Abstract
The views of the great poets on the essence of poetry and its constituent elements, expressed implicitly within the lines of their poetry, offer invaluable points that are often missed by literary critics. These critical views, which are sometimes expressed in a pseudo-philosophical statements, and are often wrapped in artistic expressions, are based in their actual experiences. These views are usually expressed in brief, or wrapped in imagery, or even in an elegant indirect language, which may be extracted and, through analysis, may lead to our deeper understanding and invaluable views on poetry. These conclusions, we realize, are sometimes confirmed by the bulk of criticism. It is worth noticing that such conclusions were already preceded by great poets who were apparently the best critics themselves. The classification and the analysis of these poets’ views on poetry are considerable, and can constitute a new branch of study in the field of history of literary criticism in Persian Literature, and subsequently change the traditional system of evaluation of poetic styles.

Abstract
Background: Adhesion and biofilm formation are two important steps in Candida pathogenesis. The aim of the current study was to investigate the presence of bcr1 gene in Candida albicans (C. albicans) isolates from women with vaginal candidiasis and its impact on biofilm formation. Methods: We used 50 clinical isolates which confirmed C. albicans by PCR-RFLP. Then total RNA was extracted from C. albicans isolates by glass bead and lysis buffer, and cDNA was synthesized using reverse transcriptase enzyme. RT-PCR (Reverse Transcriptase PCR) was used to evaluate the expression of bcr1 gene. Biofilm formation was evaluated in 96-well microplate and then tetrazolium reduction was assayed. All data were analyzed using t-test by SPSS software. Results: Fifty clinical isolates out of 150 were confirmed as C. albicans by using PCR-RFLP method. All the isolates were resistant to fluconazole, 47/50(94%) isolates had bcr1 gene by using PCR, and 45(95.7%) out of 47 isolates, showed BCR1 expression by the RT-PCR. Isolates which harbored bcr1 gene was succeed to form a dense biofilm on microplate. Comparison of the results of the tetrazolium reduction assay on the two isolates that had BCR1expression and two isolates that had no BCR1 expression showed significant differences (p=0.014). Conclusion: According to our result, all of the isolates that had bcr1 gene expression according to RT-PCR, were also resistant to fluconazole in disk diffusion test and additionally, their adherence was higher compared to the control group. These results indicate that there is a positive relation between expression of bcr1 gene and biofilm formation.

Abstract
Oxygen concentration the environment and cellular organisms is one of the effective factors during normal development of organisms. In the present study, the transcription levels of the hypoxia-inducible factors (hif-1, hif-2) were evaluated during development of an ancient fish species Acipenser persicus, in the normal oxygen density of environment. The transcription of hif-1, hif-2 detected in all developmental time-points defined, from embryo to juvenile stages. Target genes transcriptions were normalized using RPL6 as reference gene. Changes in normalized hif-1, hif-2 mRNA expression were statistically significant throughout developmental points (p<0.05). Our data revealed that the mRNA expression of hifs were low during embryonic development and then upregulated significantly at hatching and early larval time-points. Then, in the late larval development and juvenile stage the expression of hifs started to decline. The comparison between hif-1 and hif-2 mRNA transcription showed that maximum gene expressions of hif-1and hif-2 occurred in 15 and 20 days after hatching, respectively. The increased expression of hifs suggests their association with two important events in the larval evolution, viz. internal feeding (yolk absorption) and external feeding. Also, the observed increase in mRNA expression of hifs during larval development of A. persicus can be attributed to increase in oxygen demand.

Abstract
The reason or cause of doing something, in most cases, differs in Persian and Russian Language. These differences will be revealed when the reason is explained using prepositions. In Russian, the prepositions, in addition to position and purpose, have causal features that are very important when talking in Russian and translating from Persian into Russian. Further Iranian language learners become superficially familiar with them when learning the language but they (language learners) are not taught enough as they ought to be. In Russian language, a definitive preposition is used for expressing a special reason in a way that the other preposition can not be replaced with it. The meaning of nouns and verbs, which are used with causal prepositions and also the reason of creating that, are really important in finding the causal preposition and that's why Iranian language learners have trouble in expressing the reason. This article examines Iranian language learners' problems and tries to prove it based on evidence.

Abstract
Botulinum neurotoxins are the most known toxic biological compounds, which cause neuroparalysis. The enzymatic activity of these enzymes causes the inhibition of acetylcholine release. The aim of this study is the recombinant production and high purification of BoNT/A light chain and evaluation of its enzymatic activity. The sequence of this target gene was obtained from NCBI. After codon usage optimization for E. coli, the final gene sequence was ordered for the synthesis on pET28a (+). The recombinant expression vector was transformed into host cell E.coli BL21 (DE3). The expression process was performed under standard conditions. In order to the protein production in a soluble form, optimization of host cell culturing and protein expression was carried out. The expressed protein was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography, and confirmed by specific antibody. In this study, the high yield expression in soluble form was obtained at OD = 0.5, in 0.5 mM IPTG at 18°C in 18 hours. Western blot and ELISA analyses confirmed the BoNT/A light chain. The results indicated that the light chain of BoNT/A was produced in soluble form, and the purification process was performed with high quality so that the final protein was acquired with 98% purity index.

Abstract
The collocations form a big part of lexical combinations for which there is no exact definition clarifying their functions. By “collocation”, we mean a combination of words or phrases that show a great tendency to appear together. The main reason for devoting the present research to this subject is that these combinations are understandable for foreign users of a language but they can not easily produce them. So the main purpose of this research is to clarify the collocation phenomenon and to introduce their syntactic and semantic properties on the base of all the parameters, which are meaningful in their structure. This aim has been reached by a contrastive analysis of two French and Persian corpuses.

Abstract
Morphological changes of the chloride cells and the α1b subunit gene expression of Na+-K+-ATPase in triploid rainbow trout (70.6 g average weight) were studied upon direct transferring to 6, 12 and 18 ppt salinities. Changes in abundance, distribution pattern, and the sectioned area of the chloride cells was studied through classic histology and Na+ K+-ATPase localization was performed through immunofluorescence light microscopy using a mouse monoclonal antibody IgGα5. Gene expression of Na+-K+-ATPase α1b subunit was studied by semi-quantitative gene expression methods. No mortality occurred among the fish in all salinities during the 10-days experimental period and treated fish kept their plasma osmolality at standard physiologic levels. All the fish also showed similar distribution pattern in their chloride cells that were distributed on filaments, between and over lamella. Histological studies confirmed some abnormal morphological changes such as lamella interruption. Immunohistochemical studies showed the highest number of the chloride cells on lamella and between lamella in 18 ppt and the maximum sectional area of the chloride cells in freshwater. Gene expression of Na+-K+-ATPase α1b subunit had direct correlation with increasing trend of salinity. In conclusions, triploid rainbow trout was found to be adaptable to the various experimented salinities and could be recommended for rearing in brackish water.

Abstract
Linum album is an herbaceous and medicinal plant that has important lignan such as podophyllotoxin (PTOX). PTOX has antiviral and anticancer properties. Since the chemical synthesis of PTOX is an expensive process, production of PTOX using cell and cultures of linum species is a cost-effective alternative approach. Various strategies have been employed to increase the production of secondary metabolites in cell cultures. In this study, we have verified the effect of chitosan on cell growth, PTOX production in 1, 2, 3 and 5 days after treatment. Cells elicited with chitosan for 5 days yielded the highest amount of PTOX. To study mechanism of chitosan action, expression of phenylalanine ammonio-lyase (PAL), cinnamoyl-CoA reductase (CCR), cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase (CAD) and pinoresinol lariciresinol reductase (PLR) genes were investigated. The expression of genes were increased, reaching a peak at 3 day after treatment. Chitosan up-regulate the production of PTOX, by effecting on gene expression of PTOX biosynthesis pathway.

Abstract
Serological methods are commonly used methods for detection of viruses. Preparation of pure viral antigens is a crucial step in production of antibodies required for serological studies. In this research the gene encoding coat protein of a Beet western yellows virus (BWYV) isolate from Iran was amplified by PCR and was ligated into a bacterial expression vector (pET26b) to obtain pET-BWYV-CP clone. Escherichia coli BL21 was transformed with pET-BWYV-CP and expression of the recombinant coat protein was induced by IPTG. The expressed recombinant coat proteins were purified and used as an antigen for rabbit immunization. The antiserum was able to detect recombinant coat protein in total protein extracts of induced E. coli BL21 cells in western blot analysis.

The effect of essential oil (EO) from Carum copticum at concentrations of 0 (control), 0.5%, 0.75% and 1% on Staphylococcus aureus growth and gene expression of enterotoxins (SE) A and C in surimi from kilka (Clupeonella cultriventris caspia) was determined during 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 days of refrigeration storage (4 °C). The main compounds of EO were thymol (36.4%), p-cymene (31.4%) and γ-terpinen (21.73%). Minimum inhibitory concentration and maximum tolerable concentration of EO against in S. aureus in broth medium were 0.06% and 0.015%, respectively. The growth rate significantly differ between S.aureus population in control (11.31 log CFU/g) and EO-treated samples, 9.76, 7.21 and 6.06 log CFU/g in samples containing 0.5%, 0.75% and 1%, respectively. The highest inhibitory activity against gene transcription of entertoxins was observed at 1% EO; also, the inhibitory effect of EO concentrations against expression of enterotoxin C was higher than enterotoxin A., as enterotoxin A expression was 4.5 and 8.23 fold lower than control at days 5 and 20, and enterotoxin C expression, at days 5 and 20, decreased 5.11 and 8.94 fold compared to control. The results of this study showed that EO from C. copticum is an effective component in reducing bacterial growth rate and staphylococcal enterotoxins production in kilka surimi.

Abstract
Tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) is a 65 kDa member of serine protease family. tPA is naturally expressed by endothelial cells of vessels in negligible amounts. The enzyme converts plasminogen to plasmin and results in dissolution of blood clots. Retepalse (Retavase) is a mutated variant of human tPA that lacks a segment of 137 residues. Reteplase is produced in Escherichia coli and lacks post translational modifications including glycosylation. Due to presence of nine disulfide bonds, expression of this protein within bacterial systems is so difficult and mostly results in protein aggregates. Refolding and reactivation of inclusion bodies is an expensive, time-consuming procedure with low efficacy for disulfide-bonded proteins. In the present research we have changed the regulatory sequences to produce active and soluble reteplase enzyme in E. coli BL21 host. Inducible expression of reteplase under the control of T7 promoter resulted in aggregation of proteins in inclusion bodies while the use of a constitutive promoter could produce biologically active reteplase in the cytosol of E. coli cells.

Abstract
Since 1360, Iranian society has been faced with a changing age pyramid in young population. This group is mainly interested in using some words and expressions which are somehow unfamiliar for other parts of society. So, it can be said that these slang expressions are being used by people who belong to same social groups. Thus, linguists have revealed considerable interest in slang expressions because of its prominence among youth, especially among college students.
Academic slang usage is a popular phenomenon among university students. The importance of the study about academic slang is due to its focus on this fact that slang is complicatedly merged into college students’, academic and social life. So, it can be studied in multi-dimensional aspects. In this study, two aspects of these expressions are examined. So, This article aims to examine Academic Slang Expressions Used by University Students in Isfahan both semantically and lexically. In order to achieve this goal, some word formation processes used by university students in order to create academic slang expressions are examined parallel to their semantic aspects analysis.
To this end, the present study focuses on the following questions: what are the semantic and morphological processes involved in the academic slang expressions used by students of Isfahan and which of them are the most productive? With respect to Shaghaghi’s (1386) division of word formation processes in Persian, some lexical processes involved in making academic slang expressions by university students are determined. In addition, based on Akrami’s (1384) definition of the main ways to construct words and expressions, the semantic rules are introduced.
Participants of the study were 90 male and female university students of Isfahan including undergraduate students (BA), post-graduate students (MA) and doctoral students (Ph.D). As a viable instrument for collecting data, there is currently a trend in sociolinguistic research to use questionnaires in favor of a corpus of naturally occurring data; therefore, in order to accomplish the objectives of the study, a two-section questionnaire was selected to collect viable data. All improperly filled questionnaires and those in which the students had answered to very few questions were discarded, as predicted, such questionnaires could distort the findings of study. Therefore, 160 academic slang expressions were elicited from the students participated in this study.
The method of data analysis was simple and no complicated statistical procedures were employed. Since percentile score adequately describes data, it was used in this study. By considering the process of making academic slang expressions by Isfahan students, compounding, phrasal lexical items, semantic extension, borrowing, derivation, coinage, compounding-derivation, clipping, acronym, and blending were noticed.
among these processes compounding with 31.6% is the most common and blending with 0.062% is the least. It can also be said that university students utilize compounding (a common word formation process in Persian language) to make academic slang expressions more than others.
Moreover, some semantic rules used by university students to make academic slang expressions were introduced. The results showed that Isfahan students have rich and wide slang expressions for labeling various aspects of their academic life, including their academic performance, their teachers, and the way they teach. In the end, this study shows that two main word formation processes – semantic extension (lexical aspect of using academic slang) and compounding (morphological aspect of using academic slang) are the most frequent ones in the speech of university students in Isfahan. Compounding is, predictably, more productive than other word formation processes. Surprisingly, derivation, one of the most productive processes in Persian language, was not so productive in this study.
