بررسی اثر متقابل نانوذرات نیمه هادی کادمیوم تلوراید بر لیزوزیم سفیده تخم مرغ با استفاده از روش های طیف سنجی و سینتیک آنزیمی

چکیده
در این مقاله، تعامل بین لیزوزیم و نانوذرات کادمیوم تلوراید با استفاده از طیف سنجی UV-Vis، فلورسانس، پایداری حرارتی، سینتیک و روش های اسپکتروسکوپی دورنگ نمایی دورانی (CD) در 25/7 pH مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ثابت شد که خاموشی فلورسانس لیزوزیم توسط نانوذرات کادمیوم تلوراید به طور عمده نتیجه تشکیل کمپلکس نانوذرات کادمیوم تلوراید -لیزوزیم بود. توسط نتایج خاموشی فلورسانس، ثابت خاموشی استرن ولمر(KSV)، ثابت اتصال (Ka) و جایگاه های اتصال(n) محاسبه شد. در 25/7 pH سطح ثابت اتصال برطبق نتایج فلورسانس برابر103×33/2 بود. پیوند هیدروژن و نیروی وان در والس در فرایند اتصال دخیل است. بلو شیفت طیف جذبی فلورسانس پروتئین پس از افزودن نانوذرات کادمیوم تلوراید نشان می دهد که ریز محیط در اطراف بقایای تریپتوفان توسط نانوذرات کادمیوم تلوراید آشفته شده است.اثر نانوذرات کادمیوم تلوراید بر روی صورت بندی لیزوزیم با استفاده از طیف های UV-VIS و طیف های CD مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است که شواهدی را ارائه می دهد که ساختار ثانویه لیزوزیم با میانکش نانوذرات کادمیوم تلوراید با لیزوزیم تغییر کرده است.
